Ingredients
- Beef(cleaned and chopped) - 1 kg
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 3 tsp
- Cloves(powdered, Grambu) - 3 nos
- Cinnamon(powdered, Karugapatta) - 1 inch
- Curry leaves - 3 springs
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -
- Lime - 1 no
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing delicious spicy beef dry, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the beef pieces with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt over night.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute onions till golden brown with curry leaves.
- Add in cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, cloves powder and cinnamon powder. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Toss in the marinated beef pieces and fry it on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid and boil it till it becomes dry. Keep mixing it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.
- Delicious spicy beef dry is ready. Serve hot with chapati, bread, etc.
