Instructions
- For preparing delicious strawberry mousse, blend the strawberries to a fine paste(do not add water) and chill it in the refrigerator.
- Melt the gelatin in hot water and keep it aside.
- Beat egg whites till stiff and fold it in the above mixture.
- Allow it to set in the refrigerator and decorate it with strawberries.
- Delicious strawberry mousse is ready.
