Devil Chicken
this is different style in chicken. Too hot and spicy. good in winter season and evening snack too

  • Chicken – 1/2kg
  • Onion 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green chili – 4
  • Red chili powder – 2tsp
  • Red chili flakes – 1tsp
  • Salt(to taste) –
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2tsp
  • Chicken Masala – 1tsp
  • Maida – 2tsp
  • Corn flour – 2tsp
  • Oil(to fry) –
  • Soya Sauce – 1tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 2tsp
  1. Chop the onion and capsicum in cube shape. Cut the green chili into 2 piece
  2. Cut the chicken into small piece .In a bowl add chicken, maida, corn flour, salt, chicken masala, red chili powder and mix well
  3. Heat the oil and fry the chicken
  4. In a pan heat the oil and ginger garlic paste
  5. Add onion, capsicum and green chili and sauté it
  6. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, chili flakes and salt and mix it
  7. Now add water and allow to get thick gravy
  8. Now add fried chicken and fry until the masala get mix well with chicken.
  9. Now devil chicken is ready
