  • Vanilla custard powder – 3tbsp
  • Milk 2cups
  • Diet sugar 7tsp
  • Banana(peeled and cut in circle) – 4nos
  • Apple(chopped) – 1no
  • Grapes – 10-13nos
  • Orange 1/2of
  • Strawberry(chopped) – 5nos
  • Pineapple 1/2of
  1. For preparing diet fruit custard, first boil well custard powder, diet sugar and milk by stirring continuously.
  2. Refrigerate it.
  3. Put the fruit pieces in a serving bowl and pour the custard on top of the fruits.
  4. Decorate it with strawberry and grapes.
  5. Serve immediately.
