Ingredients
Potato
: 3 nos ( medium size) –
Dill
leaves : 1 big bunch of fresh –
Garlic
: 5 –
6
nos
Turmeric powder
: ½ tsp –
Red chilli flake : ½ tsp –
Salt
to taste –
Oil
: 1 tsp –
Instructions
Remove the
dill
leaves from the stem.
Wash this thoroughly and chop them, also peel, wash and chop the the potatoes.
Heat
oil
in a pan add add chopped
garlic
, chopped green chilli and fry for few seconds.

Then add the potatoes.
Enter Step
Fry the potatoes for 2 – 3 minutes in a low flame.
Now add the
dill
leaves along with the
turmeric powder
. Mix everything well.
Enter Step
Add
salt
and ½ cup of
water
. Cover and cook
dill
leaves and
potato
for 10 minutes in low flame.
Check in between to see if the
water
has not dried up. If the
water
dried up you could add some more
water
.
This dish is a dry dish, so ensure that no
water
remain when the vegetables are done.
Serve with chappathi or dal rice.
