Double beans –

Chow chow –

Sambhar powder / Kuzhambu milaga podi –

Cumin, Fenugreek , Mustard –

Instructions
Soak over night and boil Double beans and keep aside
Chop shallots, chow chow and
garlic
In pan add
oil
and temper Mustard and cumin and fenugreek
Saute Onions and curry leave leaves , chow chow and cook for 5 10 mins with little
water
Now add all powder and cook for 5 mins
Now add
tamarind
water
and double beans and cook for 5 mins
Now add
Coconut
paste and cook for 5 mins and turn off
