Ingredients
- Drumstick leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(split) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chillies(broken) - 2 nos
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing drumstick leaves fougath, heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Toss in the dry red chillies and the curry leaves.
- Add in the drumstick leaves, turmeric powder, onion, green chillies, coconut and salt . Close it with a lid and allow the drumstick leaves to cook on low flame without adding water.
- Drumstick leaves fougath is ready. Serve hot with rice.
