Ingredients
- Drumstick leaves - 450 g
- Baby potatoes(peeled and chopped in two pieces) - 700 g
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(finely sliced) - 1 no
- garlic(paste) - 3 cloves
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
- Dry red chilly flakes - 1 1/2 tsp
- Water - 125 ml
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing drumstick leaves with baby potatoes, immerse the drumstick leaves in hot water for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and allow the mustard seeds to splutter.
- Then add in the blanched drumstick leaves, cover it and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Drumstick leaves with baby potatoes are ready. Serve hot.
