Ingredients
Chicken –
500
g
Dry red chilli –

Ginger
(small pc) –
garlic

Cloves

Cinnamon stick(small pc) –
Red chilly powder –

Turmeric powder

Oil
(for frying) –
Instructions
Wash and clean the chicken pieces
Take a mixer grinder and add dry red chilly,
ginger
,
garlic
,
cloves
,cinnamon stick and
fennel seed
.make it a fine paste.
Add dry red chilli paste,chilly powder,
turmeric powder
and
salt
to the cleaned chicken
Marinate the chicken in masala and keep it for 15 minutes.
Heat
oil
in a Kadai and fry the chicken until golden brown in colour.
Tasty and spicy Dry red chilli chicken is ready.
