Dry Red Chilli Chicken
Dry Red Chilli Chicken or vattal mulak chicken is a spicy chicken dry fry recipe.This recipe is one of my successful experiment with chicken.As it name says it is a variety chicken preparation with dry red chillies.

  • Chicken – 500g
  • Dry red chilli – 6
  • Ginger(small pc) –
  • garlic 1clove
  • Cloves 3
  • Cinnamon stick(small pc) –
  • Red chilly powder – 2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Salt : As required –
  • Oil(for frying) –
  1. Wash and clean the chicken pieces
  2. Take a mixer grinder and add dry red chilly,ginger,garlic,cloves,cinnamon stick and fennel seed.make it a fine paste.
  3. Add dry red chilli paste,chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt to the cleaned chicken
  4. Marinate the chicken in masala and keep it for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a Kadai and fry the chicken until golden brown in colour.
  6. Tasty and spicy Dry red chilli chicken is ready.
