- Boneless Chicken(chopped) - 1/2k g
- Capsicum(cut in stripes) - 1 nos
- Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
- garlic - 6 cloves
- Ginger - 1 1/2 inch
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 3 nos
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam podi) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 3 springs
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing dry tomato chicken, grind together garlic, ginger, tomatoes, garam masala, chilly powder, cumin powder, pepper, powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a vessel and fry the chicken pieces on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Dry tomato chicken is ready. Serve hot.
