  • 250 g Boneless duck finely chopped
  • 500 ml Chicken stock
  • 480 g Creamed corn can
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 nos Eggs lightly beaten
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing duck corn soup, first boil the stock in a vessel.
  • Add the duck and pepper powder. Allow it to cook until done.
  • Then stir in the creamed corn and salt. Cook it for another 10 minutes on low flame.
  • Pour in the beaten eggs slowly stirring it continuously till it thickens a bit.
  • Duck corn soup is ready. Serve hot.
