250 g Boneless duck finely chopped
500 ml Chicken stock
480 g Creamed corn can
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
2 nos Eggs lightly beaten
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing duck corn soup, first boil the stock in a vessel.
Add the duck and pepper powder. Allow it to cook until done.
Then stir in the creamed corn and salt. Cook it for another 10 minutes on low flame.
Pour in the beaten eggs slowly stirring it continuously till it thickens a bit.
Duck corn soup is ready. Serve hot.
