Ingredients
- Duck eggs(hard boiled and cut into half) - 4 nos
- Thyme - 1 spring
- Pine nuts - 15 g
- Peanuts - 10 g
- Lettuce leaves(chopped) - 6 nos
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing duck eggs in lettuce leaves, roast the pine nuts and peanuts. Keep it aside.
- In a bowl mix in soya sauce, roasted peanuts, thyme, roasted pine nuts, lettuce leaves and pepper powder. Mix well.
- Drizzle olive oil over it.
- Toss in the duck eggs.
- Duck eggs in lettuce leaves are ready. Serve immediately for parties.
