Ingredients
- Duck(chopped) - 1 kg
- *Worcestershire Sauce - 1/2 cup
- Italian dressing - 1 cup
- Barbeque sauce - 1 cup
- Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing duck marinade, take a bowl and mix in worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, italian dressing, barbecue sauce, garlic paste and pepper powder.
- Marinate the duck in this mixture over night.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the duck till it is cooked on low flame.
- Duck fry is ready. Serve hot.
