- Boneless duck breasts(cleaned) - 1 kg
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- garlic - 7 cloves
- Lemon juice - 5 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Chicken Masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs
- olive oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing duck grilled breast, grind garlic, coriander leaves and green chillies to a fine paste.
- In a bowl, marinate the duck breast¦s with a mixture of the above ground paste, lemon juice, chilly powder, chicken masala, turmeric powder, garam masala, soya sauce, pepper powder and salt over night.
- Put the marinated duck breast on the barbeque until they are cooked on both the sides. Drizzle olive oil over it.
- Duck grilled breasts are ready. Serve hot.
