Duck with other ingredients - Duck Potato Cutlet

Ingredients
- Duck(cleaned and finely chopped) - 300 g
- Potatoes(grated) - 200 g
- Pepper(As reqd) -
- Red chilly(chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Spring onions(finely chopped) - 2 tsp
- Mayonnaise - 4 tsp
- Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
- Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- In a bowl add pepper, mayonnaise, spring onions and cooked duck. Mix well.
- Make small balls out of the grated potato and make a small hole in it. Fill the hole with the duck filling and roll it again into a ball.
- Press it slowly and make it in the shape of a cutlet.
- Dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Fry it in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
- Duck potato cutlet is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
