  • For preparing duck tomato dry, mix the garlic paste, coriander powder, salt and chilly powder. Keep this paste aside.
  • Blend the tomatoes into a fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  • Add onions and fry until the onions turn brown.
  • Toss in the duck and tomato paste. Saute it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add in the above paste and saute it for 2 minutes on low flame.
  • Close the lid and allow the duck to cook. Add water if required.
  • Open the lid and allow it to simmer till the water dries up.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Duck tomato dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, parotta, bread etc.
