Duck Wings With Soy
Duck wings with other ingredients
Ingredients
- 250 g Duck wings cleaned
- 1 tbsp Sliced spring onion
- 1 inch Ginger finely sliced
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 no Star anise
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
- Add soy sauce, star anise and sugar. Cover it and allow it to simmer till done.
- Duck wings with soy is ready. Serve hot.
