  • 4 nos Skinless duck breasts big
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts roasted
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 1 spring Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 clove Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon rind grated
  • 250 g Stilton cheese crumbled
  • Pepper As reqd
  • Lime wedges As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing duck with stilton cheese, blend the pine nuts, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper powder and lemon rind.
  • Pound the duck breasts lightly to flatten them. Spread the ground mixture on one side and top it with cheese.
  • Roll them up, wrap the rolls individually in foil and seal well.
  • Steam it in an idly vessel until it is cooked through.
  • Remove the duck from the heat, discard the foil and cut the duck rolls into slices.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges.
