Long beans –

kg
Turmeric
(a pinch) –
Chilli powder

tbsp
Small
onion
(kunjulli) –
4-5
nos
Curry leaves
–
3-4
nos
Salt
(as rqrd) –
Instructions
Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add onions.
curry leaves
and
salt
and stir for 2mins.
Add
turmeric
and
chilli powder
and stir well.
Add the beans immediately after mixing the ingredients well.
Cook till the beans are soft and done.
