- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Potato - 3 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -
- Pomegranate powder(Anardhana powder) - 2 tsp
- Ghee(Little) -
- Cumin seeds(A pinch, Jeerakam) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing easy aloo paratha, knead wheat flour, water & salt.
- Make a dough like chappathi. Make balls out of it.
- Cook the potato in cooker & mash it.
- Add ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, anardhana powder & salt.
- Roll thick chappathi from the dough and apply some ghee on top it.
- Add 2 tbsp of potato mixture on top of the paratha and roll again.
- Place another chappathi on top of this filling and press the sides.
- Cook it in frying pan with ghee.
- Easy aloo paratha is ready. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
