- Beef(finely chopped) - 250 g
- garlic(ground) - 2 tsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 250 g
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Allow it to cook till the water evaporates and roast it till it becomes brown. Keep this mixture aside.
- Make balls out of the dough.
- Stuff each ball with the beef mixture and roll it out into small puri¦s.
- Cut the puri¦s into any shape as you like.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the puris.
- Easy beef snack is ready. Serve hot with tea.
