  1. Grate the beetroot. Pour oil in a hot pan and splutter the muster seeds.
  2. Then add the sliced onion and green chillies and sort them for 5 mnts.
  3. Add the grated beetroot into it and add salt and cook it under closed lid.(Don’t pour water).
  4. When the beetroot is half cooked, put off the flame and let it cool down.
  5. Once its’ cool, add the curd into it and keep it in the fridge for 5 mnts and use it.
