  • Chapati medium sized – 2nos
  • Chicken Sausage – 4nos
  • Broccoli – 4to
For Sauce:
  • Mayonnaise(Its fine you would get eggless) – 4tsp
  • Pepper powder
  1. Chop the vegetables in thin slices and keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl, add all the sliced vegetables,mayonnaise,salt,lemon juice and pepper.Mix it well without mashing the vegetables.
  3. In a heavy coated fry pan pour some oil not more than 2 teaspoon and pan fry the sausage turns into brown.We can infer there will be a slit generates on the sausage once its properly cooked/fried.
  4. Later put broccoli to the same fry pan and fry it by using 1 teaspoon of oil.
  5. Take the chapati in a plate. Spread the vegetable filling and place two sausages and broccolis over the filling and roll.
  6. Repeat the step 5 for the second chapati.Now the Easy chapati sausage roll is read for your craving.
  7. We can make this roll whenever you need once keep some chapatis in your refrigerator.
