  1. For preparing easy chicken masala, marinate chicken pieces with soya sauce and pepper.
  2. Fry it in oil and keep aside.
  3. Heat a wok and add oil. Add onion, green chillies, garlic and tomato. Cover with a lid and cook tomatoes.
  4. When juice comes out, add turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala.
  5. Add fried chicken pieces and mix well.
  6. When chicken is done, add tomato sauce.
  7. Add water if required.
  8. Easy chicken masala is ready.
