Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken(cubed) - 1 cup
- Basmati rice(washed and drained) - 1 cup
- Onion(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Cinnamon(broken, Karugapatta) - 1 inch
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cashew nuts(broken) - 10 tbsp
- Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 springs
- Water - 2 cups
- Ghee(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Toss in the onions, cloves and cinnamon. Saute it till it becomes light brown.
- Then toss in the boneless chicken pieces and sautT it for 1 minute on low flame.
- Add in the basmati rice and roast it in the ghee on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Remove the rice from the flame and let the rice stand, covered for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with the roasted cashews, coriander leaves and roasted raisins.
- Easy chicken pulao is ready. Serve hot with chicken curry.
