- Fish fillets(chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 5 springs
- Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds(powdered, Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp
- olive oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing easy green fish, mince the fish in a blender with green chillies, onions, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves and lime juice. Keep it aside.
- Heat olive oil in a vessel. Add in cumin powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and soy sauce.
- Close the lid and allow the fish to cook.
- Open the lid and allow it to boil till the water evaporates.
- Easy green fish is ready. Serve hot with chapati, bread, etc.
