- Limes(cut into 4) - 15 nos
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 12 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
- garlic(grated) - 25 cloves
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida powder(Kaayam podi) - 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 3 springs
- Vinegar - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 1 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds along with fenugreek seeds.
- Add in curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder, asafoetida, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Remove it from the flame and add in the vinegar and cooked lime(add salt if required). Mix it well.
- Easy lime pickle is ready.
