Easy Ribbon Pakoda
Ribbon Pakoda is a popular south Indian tea time snack generally made during festival time. Aka nada murukku because of its resemblance to nada or string.

Ingredients
  • Besan Flour 1 1/2 Cup –
  • Rice Flour 3/4 Cup –
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • asafoetida 1/2 tsp –
  • poppy seed 1/2 tsp –
  • Sesame seed 1/2 tsp –
  • Butter : 1 tsp –
  • Oil to deep fry –
Instructions
  1. In a Bowl Add Besan Flour, Rice flour, Red chili powder, salt, asafoetida,poppy seed, sesame seed, butter
  2. Add Little Water and make smooth dough
  3. Stuff in Pakoda Murukku Mould
  4. Heat the oil and press the mould directly to the oil and cook it for 3 mins
  5. Now easy ribbon Pakoda is ready
