  1. Wet raw rice until 3/4 hours
  2. Powedered by using mixer grinder as nice powder
  3. Melt & clean jaggery and keep cool
  4. Cut the banana into small pieces and grind it well with jaggery paste Put rice powder to it and mix well. Make the paste (dosa maavu paakam) if it is so loose add maida .
  5. Kept the mixture 20 minutes
  6. Fry it as usual unniyappam make by using unniyappa kaara
  7. Make appox. 50 unniappam by using this mixture
