  1. Beat well the eggs with pepper and salt.
  2. Take a pan, heat oil and saute onion, ginger & green chillies.
  3. When the onion becomes brown, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add beaten egg and stir frequently till the egg become scrambled.
  5. Serve hot with bread.
