  1. Beat egg nicely with a spoon and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion, green chilly and curry leaves.
  4. When it becomes light brown in colour, add tomato and fry it again.
  5. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, egg mix and salt for taste and fry it again on a low flame.
  6. When it becomes dry, switch off the flame.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
