Eggs(boiled) –

Instructions
Heat
Oil
in a pan and splutter the
mustard seeds
.
Add the onions and fry well.
Add chillies and
tomato
and fry well till it becomes soft.
Add chilly powder,
turmeric powder
,
garam masala
, chaat masala, pepper and
salt
as required.
Chop the coriander leaves and add it together with
water
(as required) and boil well with lid closed.
After 2-3 mins add the boiled eggs and boil well.
Take off the stove and garnish well with coriander leaves.
