  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Grind the ginger and garlic. Mix the ingredients 2-7 in plate.
  3. Marinate the egg in it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and fry the egg in it.
  5. Serve it with tea.
