Ingredients
Eggs –

Chilly powder –

tsp
Turmeric powder

tsp
Ginger
–

inch
garlic
–
1/2
clove
Salt
(to taste) –
Water
(as required) –
Oil

Instructions
Hard boil the eggs.
Grind the
ginger
and
garlic
. Mix the ingredients 2-7 in plate.
Marinate the
egg
in it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat
oil
in a kadai and fry the
egg
in it.
Serve it with tea.
