Ingredients
Eggs –

Chilly powder –

Turmeric powder

pods(A few) –
Salt
(As reqd) –
Water
(As reqd) –
Oil

Instructions
Hard boil the eggs. Remove the shell and keep the eggs aside.
Grind together
ginger
and
garlic
.
Mix together chilly powder,
turmeric powder
,
ginger
-
garlic
paste,
salt
and a little
water
in a plate.
Cut the eggs into two and marinate them in the above paste for 10 minutes.
Heat
oil
in a pan or kadai and fry the eggs in it.
:- Serve with tea.
