  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion, crushed green chillies and fry until translucent.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and stir well.
  4. Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder and stir till tomato gets cooked.
  5. Add eggs into the pan.
  6. When eggs get cooked a little, stir and scramble it.
  7. Add boiled rice. Mix well.
  8. Transfer the contents toa serving bowl.
  9. :- Serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
