Ingredients
- Potato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Egg(beaten) - 3 nos
- Onions(finely chopped) - 3 nos
- Green chilly(slit) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coconut milk - 3 tbsp
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add in turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and curry leaves. Allow it to cook on slow flame.
- Toss in the scrambled egg and mix well.
