  • Baking soda - 2 tsp
  • Sugar(powdered) - 1 cup
  • Refined oil - 3/4 cup

  • Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing eggless choco cake, preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius(350 degrees F).
  2. Mix maida, cocoa powder, sugar and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Add in milk and oil. Mix well till it becomes lump free.
  4. Then add in vinegar and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  5. Pour the cake mixture into a greased baking tin and bake it for 1 hour in the oven till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  6. Remove the cake and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Once it cools, remove it from the tin and cut it.
  8. Eggless choco cake is ready. Serve with tea.
