Ingredients
- Boneless beef(minced and cooked) - 100 g
- Basmati rice(washed and drained) - 2 cups
- Beef stock - 4 cups
- Mushroom(chopped) - 2 cups
- *Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Almond flakes(roasted) - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing Egyptian beef rice heat butter in a pan and sautT in the onions till they become brown.
- Add in the cooked beef, basmati rice, beef stock, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder and salt.
- Cover and allow it to simmer till the rice is done. Remove it from the flame.
- Garnish with roasted flaked almonds.
- Egyptian beef rice is ready. Serve hot.
