- Fenugreek leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Soda(bi-carb - A pinch) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing fenugreek pakoras, in a bowl mix in fenugreek leaves, gram flour, onion, green chillies, cumin seeds, chilly powder, turmeric powder, soda-bi-carb and salt with required water to make a thick batter. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
- Scoop a spoon full of the mixture into the hot oil and allow it to cook on low flame till it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Fenugreek pakoras are ready. Serve hot at tea time.
