Ingredients
- Mussels(cleaned, Kallumakaya) - 1 cup
- Spring onions(finely chopped) - 8 springs
- Ginger(minced) -
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
- Lemon zest - 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add in ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. SautT on low flame for some time.
- Then add in white pepper powder, black pepper powder, lemon zest and oyster sauce.
- Toss in the mussels with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.
- Fiery mussels are ready. Serve hot.
