  1. For preparing fiery mussels, heat oil in a vessel and sautT the spring onions with salt.
  2. Add in ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. SautT on low flame for some time.
  3. Then add in white pepper powder, black pepper powder, lemon zest and oyster sauce.
  4. Toss in the mussels with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame with a lid.
  5. Fiery mussels are ready. Serve hot.
