Ingredients
  • Fish(cooked & minced) – 1cup
  • Paneer(minced) – 150g
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Egg(white only) – 1no
  • Corn flour – 3tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing fish and paneer finger roll, mix fish, paneer, pepper and salt.
  2. Spread this on a tray with oil coated. Steam cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut into finger shapes.
  4. Dip it in egg white and in corn flour.
  5. Fry it in oil.
