Ingredients
- Tuna fish - 1 can
- or -
- Mackarels - 4 nos
- Potato(medium) - 5 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Garlic pods - 3 nos
- Onion(large) - 1 no
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2 nos
- Bread crumbs - 2 cups
- Plain flour - 1 cup

Instructions
- Boil potatoes in the cooker.
- When cool, mash it well.
- Add it to the potatoes.
- Add the cut onions, ginger, garlic pepper powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves and red chilly powder.
- Make into small balls and flatten.
- In 3 separate dishes, place plain flour, egg batter and bread crumbs.
- Take a flat cutlet at a time. First dip into the plain flour, then into the egg batter and finally roll it in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry till golden brown.
- :- Serve with bread or as a side dish.

first time i made such good cutlets before i never used maida really yummy

quantity of tuna??? ie, how big can??? …
i tried to proportionate with 8 small cans and similar qty of other ingredients… but in the end it was a bit bland… anyway better than the fishcakes :)….
