Instructions
- For preparing fish casserole, first beat eggs and milk together.
- Put in the fish fillets and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour.
- In a bowl mix in bread crumbs, pepper powder, Parmesan cheese and salt.
- Dip the marinated fish in the above dry mixture.
- Heat butter in a pan and fry fish fillets till it becomes light brown.
- Grease a casserole dish with butter on all sides.
- Bake uncovered at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
- Fish fillet casserole is ready.
