- Fish fillets(cleaned) - 250 g
- Sliced spring onion - 1 tbsp
- Ginger(finely sliced) - 1 inch
- Light soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Star anise - 1 no
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Water - 200 ml

Instructions
- For preparing fish fillets with soy, boil the water, add the fish fillets, spring onion and ginger.
- Add soy sauce, star anise and sugar. Cover it and allow it to simmer till done.
- Fish fillets with soy is ready. Serve hot.
