  1. For preparing fish paratha, saute ginger and garlic in ghee. Add the minced fish to it and fry well.
  2. Add salt, garam masala, chilly powder to it and fry again.
  3. Then add tomato pieces, green chillies and fry till the ghee clears.
  4. Add onion, coriander leaves to it and fry well. Let it cool. 5)Mix wheat flour with salt, ghee (as required), water and knead well as for chappathi.
  5. Take a small sized ball out of the dough and press this ball by hand to make a small circle. Repeat procedure with entire dough.
  6. Spread the fillings on the circles and place another circle on top of the filling and stick the ends well. Roll on the paratha lightly using a chappathi roller.
  7. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in frying pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides.
  8. Serve hot.
