Fish Tartare
Two types of fish with a whipping sauce

  • Sole fillet(chopped) – 180g
  • Salmon fillet(chopped) – 180g
  • Dill(chopped) – 2springs
  • Chervil(chopped) – 3springs
  • Egg yolk – 1no
  • Lime – 1no
  • Soya Sauce – 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) –
  • Saffron(A pinch) –
  • olive oil 6tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing fish tartare, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.
  2. Refrigerate the chopped fillet`s for some time.
  3. Beat egg yolk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Add olive oil drop by drop in the egg mixture and whip the sauce.
  5. Then add lime juice while whipping.
  6. Pour in soya sauce and saffron and hip it again for 5 seconds.
  7. Mix in the refrigerated sole fillet and salmon fillet with dill and chervil.
  8. Garnish with pepper powder.
  9. Fish tartare is ready. Serve chilled with salad.
