- Fish fillets(finely cubed) - 200 g
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing fish thoran, heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
- Toss in the curry leaves, onion, green chillies, fish fillets, grated coconut, salt and turmeric powder with a dash of water. Allow it to cook on low flame till done. Mix it in intervals.
- Fish thoran is ready. Serve as a side dish for rice.
