Ingredients
- Fish fillets(chopped) - 3 cups
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 1 no
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Thyme(finely chopped) - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 3 springs
- Lemon juice - 5 tbsp
- Lemon zest - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then add in the chilly powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
- Toss in the potatoes and fish fillets. Mix well and allow it to cook on low flame with the lid.
- Pour in the lemon juice, thyme, lemon zest and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Fish with lemony potato is ready. Serve hot.
