- Fish fillets - 1/2 kg
- Fresh mint leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
- Lime juice - 5 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing fish with lime and mint, take a bowl and mix in mint, lime juice, fish sauce, salt and pepper.
- Marinate the fish fillets in this mixture for half an hour.
- Meanwhile preheat the grill to medium.
- Using a skewer, pierce each fillet and place it on the grill.
- Allow it to cook on both the sides till the fish becomes tender and juicy.
- Fish with lime and mint is ready. Serve as a starter.
